Frank Cooper’s Fine Cut Oxford Marmelade
Frank Cooper's very first batch of jam was cooked in his home kitchen by his wife Sarah-Jane in 1874. In the years since, Frank Cooper's marmalade has become one of the proud purveyors to the court of England's Royal Family.
Today, Fine Cut Oxford Marmalade is still made inspired by Sarah-Jane's original recipe. The full flavour of Seville Oranges with only a tiny amount of sweetener results in a bright, fruity, smooth marmalade. The fine cut oranges make it easy to spread the marmalade on the bread.
