Standard Shipping

Shipping costs within Germany depend on the order value:

• up to €40.00 order value: €6.89

• €40.01 to €80.00 order value: €4.89

• from €80.00 order value: free shipping

Frozen goods and express deliveries are excluded from free shipping.

Frozen Goods & Express Shipping

Frozen products are shipped exclusively via express delivery.

Delivery of frozen goods takes place from Wednesday to Friday.
Saturday delivery is not available. German public holidays are excluded and may result in delays.

The shipping price for frozen goods includes:

• cooling with dry ice

• airtight insulated polystyrene box

Please note:

• Orders containing frozen goods are processed as quickly as possible.

• Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including the relevant shipping details.

• The shipping date depends, among other things, on payment receipt, order time, and logistical or weather-related factors.

Express Shipping Costs (Germany)
