Shipping costs

Our shipping costs within Germany are 6,89 EUR when you are ordering goods up to 40 €.

If you are ordering goods between 40 € and 80 € the shipping costs are just 4,89 €.

FREE DELIVERY within Germany when your order is 80 € or more. (excluding Deep Frozen Goods / Express Delivery).

We deliver orders containing Deep Frozen Products with Express Services ONLY.

Orders, which are containing Deep Frozen products can only be delivered from Tuesday to Friday - a delivery on Saturdays is not possible.

The delivery price includes dry ice cooling and an airtight styrofoam box.

Please also note that frozen/express orders can only be shipped on the same day if we have received the order and payment by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. may not be shipped until the following day (except Fridays/weekends).
