Young's - 4 Large Cod Fillets - Battered Fish 400g
The large cod fillets are best prepared straight from the freezer. Make sure that the product is completely hot before serving.
Tip
To enjoy the Young's fries at their best, place them on a wire rack so that the batter gets nice and crispy!
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 230°C/fan 200°C/gas 8 and remove all packaging.
Step 2
Place the fillets on a wire rack over a deep baking tray in the centre of the oven.
Step 3
Cook for 20 minutes.
Remove and serve.
All cooking guidelines are different, so please follow your manufacturer's guidelines. Make sure the food is piping hot and do not reheat once it has cooled.
