The Cole’s Classic Christmas Pudding is a rich, moist dessert handmade to a secret recipe using premium ale, vine fruits, warming spices and brandy. It delivers a deep, traditional flavour with hints of caramel, nutmeg, and citrus – and a beautifully soft texture. A true celebration of British festive baking.
Usage:
Perfect as a Christmas dessert, served warm with brandy butter, custard or clotted cream. Also great for festive dinners, holiday gifts or a traditional moment of indulgence.
Preparation:
Remove the pudding from packaging and foil, and loosen the lid slightly.

Microwave: Heat on full power for 2 minutes (based on 800W). Carefully turn out, let rest for 30 seconds and serve.

Boiling: Simmer the pudding for 1 hour in a pan of water (filled halfway up the basin). Then turn onto a plate and serve.
Tip: Best enjoyed with brandy butter, whisky butter or clotted cream. Do not overheat – it may dry out.
