Colman's of Norwich Pepper Sauce Mix
Jeremiah Colman began making mustard in a watermill near Norwich at the beginning of the 19th century, mixing brown mustard (Brassica Juncea) with white mustard (Sinapis Alba) to create a spicy flavour. In 1814, he founded Colman's of Norwich and further refined the production methods for his mustard.
