Colmans of Norwich Classic Mint Sauce
Jeremiah Colman began making mustard at the beginning of the 19th century in a watermill near Norwich, mixing brown mustard (Brassica Juncea) with white mustard (Sinapis Alba) to achieve a spicy flavour. In 1814 he founded Colman's of Norwich and continued to refine the methods of making his mustard.
The Classic Mint Sauce from Colman's is made with mint from Great Britain and is delicious with roast lamb.
